    I was afraid to go down there first. “Sure”, he muttered, but he made no move to go down the stairs. I figured that if I wanted to go down there then I would have to go down first. Never have I been to the West Side Market at a time when it was not extremely noisy and full of people. Me and Sam went off on our own to explore and take pictures while Mr. Lutman went to go get coffee and whatever else he does. Sam really wanted dried fruit. Samantha was desperate for this dried fruit. Disconnected from the main structure is a skinny open-aired building without walls where vendors line up to sell a variety of produce. We travelled up and down the long row of fruit and vegetable booths to find the absolute best prices on dried fruit. Of course, the West Side Market also has samples, and each time we traversed the building we took pieces of the dried strawberries, juicy watermelon, and not-quite sweet enough cantaloupe. We finally spent about 20 minutes at one of the dried fruit stands for Sam to decide that 12 dollars was too much for her coveted dried fruit, and we went off in search of Mr. Lutman. We eventually found him near the back entrance of the building, and we went in search of snacks. Then we got what is possibly the best thing on this Earth. The pinnacle of human achievement.
