    one of the largest contributors to the stress effectively managing time. Over the course of the past three months, I have been continuously stressed about allotting the correct amount of time to the numerous activities in which I participate. The proper management of time is stressful due to the fact that proper time management can lead to stellar academic performance or the complete opposite of stellar performance. There are several examples that show how stressful this can be for me. First and foremost, in an attempt to effectively manage my time, I consequently neglected the field of physical activity, by devoting a significantly lower amount of time towards it. This can be seen in the amount of weight I have gained, despite constant efforts to curb it in previous years. In order to put this into context, I have noticed that throughout this year I have been unable to exercise, on a daily basis. During these years it was essential for me to not only get stellar marks and all, but it was also important to get rid of some weight. Weight loss, however did not occur, for my diet, my time constraints, my stress levels and my own sense of uncertainty did not allow it to happen, hence at times I feel as if I am a couch potato at times. This negligence stemmed from the large amounts of homework, and other school work, which never seemed to finish, and to this day never seems to finish.
