  • Essay On Family Vacation

Have you ever been able to enjoy a vacation with more than just your family? In 2008 my family went on a vacation to Colorado and along with us were our neighbors. My neighbors are Carol and Gene Winter, and their kids are Tanya, Tracy, and Brad Winter. Both of our families did the same activities while we were on vacation in Colorado. The time we spent in Colorado was spent sightseeing, traveling, and doing activities we can not always do in Iowa. We only had about five days for sightseeing and activities because we were only on vacation for eight days, and three of the eight days were spent traveling to and from Colorado. This vacation I went on with my family and my neighbors in 2008 was the best family vacation I have ever been on. To…

In fact, I only know some things from my childhood because of pictures and stories from my family members. This is the very reason that I am able to recall our stop at Lake Tahoe on this journey to pick up the camper. I was beyond excited to stop at this lake. For no reason in particular besides maybe the fact that I thought it would be like the ocean. Spoiler alert: Lake Tahoe is not like the ocean! It was however, very beautiful in its own way. The lake is incredibly translucent, and the…

  • My Family Hiking And Sight

I was born on November 1st, 1998, in Vienna, Virginia. I was the third child in my family, with two older sisters, Catriona and Mariana. I’ve been told lots of stories about Virginia, but I don’t remember any of them. I’ve also been told that almost as soon as I started walking at seven months, I started jumping off furniture. I guess I thought that if I could move from lying on my back to crawling to walking, I might as well try flying. I also spent some playing with other boys my age, but,…
