    Scott Jones life experience with how fear and intolerance were present in throughout his life, I looked through my life and observed I have also had a time fear showed up for me. How does fear show up for me in social work journey Social workers deal with unique situations every time. Every person is unique, their problems are unique. When I receive a new case I feel a kind of fear whether I will be able to provide best service to my client as over load of case reduce quality of service.
