place that has affected me immensely is Disneyland. It is recognized to be "the happiest place on Earth" and I definitely agree. As soon as I enter the park I overwhelmed by the smell of popcorn and churros, an aroma that instantly puts my mind at ease. Strolling down the red brick path in Main Street and seeing friendly faces everywhere I turn paints the most genuine smile on my face. Standing in the center of Main Street and staring straight ahead is an image that will be engraved in my memory forever (see figure 1). Every detail of the park was carefully thought out to make everyone feel welcome; Consequently, I certainly feel embraced when I am there. Disneyland is important to me due to the history of the park, the sense of feeling at home, and the peace of mind while in the Magic Kingdom. Walt Disney opened his Disneyland, July 17th, 1955 and since that day the magical memories created have been endless. His vision was to make dreams come true, he has succeeded. The ambiance offers a delightful ray of colors and smells that brightens my world. Every brick down main street was carefully placed to insinuate the typical turn of the century; The stores down the famous road were constructed to have the "Ma and Pa" atmosphere. Every flower and tree in the majestic, 160 acre kingdom were meticulously planted to…

Memories of ‘My Happiest Moments in Life?’ I am not a happy man. My whole life is fraught with debilitating circumstances beyond human conception. Every success is trolled by a specter of sorrows and setbacks of gargantuan magnitude. This may be perhaps as intelligence suggested, was in my poor mother’s womb for about ten months and that the flabbergasted doctor at Queen Elizabeth’s Hospital Umuahia informed my distraught father that I was clawing at my mother’s entrails and did not want to come…

Hello Ruslan, How are things going? How`s your day? I am fine, enjoying my holidays. Probably, it`s the last summer when I don`t work. I graduate from university the next year and I have to work hard. I am an «eternal student» because when I was 18, I entered the Medical academy (possibly, I told you about it, sorry, if I repeat), but everything was horrible at the institution. The academy was horribly corrupted, students received good marks only because of their money, many students were…

The other day as I walked across campus I noticed these two girls. One had long, brown hair and the other had medium, blonde hair. The brown haired girl was walking out of the Reinhart Center and that's when the blonde haired girl noticed her. In excitement, the blonde haired girl screamed the name of the brown haired girl. The brown haired girl looked up and automatically she gave the biggest smile. The two girls ran for each other and jumped into each others arms. In that moment I could tell…

¨When I saw you I fell in love, and you smiled because you knew¨, (William Shakespeare). Is awesome how some people, moments, and memories can become important in our life. Such as meeting your love life is wonderful, but even more if you remember every second of memories you have lived with that special person. In my case, when I first meet Juan Garcia I never realized how special he was going to be in my life. As the time passed he became my best friend in tenth grade in 2015, in biology…

The rest of that meeting was mainly about planning the issues of where our baby boy was going to stay until the funeral, the funeral schedule and what was going to happen during the night before. So basically adult business. Me, being a nosy kid, I sat there staring outside the window while low-key listening to the gossip corner- also known as my lovely aunties- rattle on about “how did this happen?” and basically wanting to learn about stuff that wasn’t really necessary to talk about at that…

The day I was dreading came. I was going to see my best friend for the very last time and I knew that my nightmare was reality. Bethany Harris rose upon the horizon on the night of perfect endless day on December 28, 2016. Tuscaloosa police officials state that she drove off the highway into a ditch and hit a tree. They said the cause was being ejected from the car due to not wearing a seat belt. As we rolled down the road on the way to the funeral home, I gazed out the window and I notice the…
