With an F-score of 206.73 and a p score of s response. Mindful awareness practices are becoming a staple tool in how psychiatry helps people in dealing with the stresses they endure in their lives. By doing research into the aspects of mindfulness and generating quantifiable data the MBSR practice is given substantial credibility for its implementation. It takes the preconceived notions of mindfulness people might have and puts qualitative results that can be replicated and validated which in turn gives credibility to the practice as a proven tool for improvement.
