People now have many types of food that they can choose from. For example: in big cities now you could find restaurants from all over the world. Most people love to try new kinds of food and the rest of them has some type of food that they prefer to eat. For me it’s Persian food, I really like it, because they know how to make the best kebabs in the world. In my experience with Persian restaurants, I can tell you that they are the best with this kind of food. Kebab is actually a small meat and you can use any kind of meat to make it. Kebab is an old dish that goes way back in history, the hunters will kill an animal and they cut the meat to tiny pieces. After that they will cook the meat over an open fire. Therefore, I choose a Persian restaurant to review which called “PersianRoom” it’s located in Scottsdale, AZ and is about a 20-minute drive from where I live in Tempe. PersianRoom is an old restaurant in AZ, they first opened in 1985. They have a large menu to choose from, I started with Hummus which is a dip made of garbanzo beans, tahini sauce, olive oil, garlic and fresh lemon juice. It is a delicious appetizer to start with. The main course was Kebab with rice, which is the best dish that they have there. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in my life. I had some bad, good and great…
