    I was placed in charge of makeup application, instruction, and management for a number of shows including Summit University’s The Miracle Worker, Cinderella, and 3 Irish Plays. As well as aiding Salem Baptist Christian School in their productions of The Perfect Idiot and The Curious Savage. My education on special effects makeup is very limited; however I adore it and am anxious grow in it. While at Summit I was privileged to have two makeup application sessions with Jim O’Hora a professional makeup instructor and entrepreneur mentored by a relative of Ben Nye from Ben Nye’s makeup. Although makeup is my favorite medium, I also dabble in set design, dressing, construction, and hand props.
