Chester County is where I have been raised all my life, it’s a wonderful area. It is located in southern Pennsylvania in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, about fifteen miles from Philadelphia. Harlan County, USA is a documentary about the Harlan strike in Kentucky. The miners wanted to get better safety measures and pay.
