    Learning styles is an individual’s preferred way of approach in learning new information. Many people have different preferred style base on their personality and characteristics, furthermore, some may have mixtures of learning style. There is more good or bad style; however, by recognizing what one’s style is stronger, one can be utilize it to their advantage. The five learning styles that will be focused from VARK will be: visual, aural, read/write, kinesthetic, and multimodal. A subject (Alan) will be used to take the questioners from VARK website, and will be determined what style the subject is dominant with. From the result, Alan will make adjustments to improve his learning and teaching ability. After Alan has taken the questionnaires from VARK website, the result showed that his dominant learning style is aural, with a score of ten. Aural by definition is related to ear or sense of hearing. What this would mean for Alan is, he best learns new information by listening. With the awareness of his learning style, he can utilize this to his advantage by setting himself up for better learning strategies that will improve his chance of success in the classroom.
