    This is a second counseling session that I have with my client. In this session I am doing a follow-up with his current problems. Client had reported that the issues that he had is getting a little better than before. Even though, this is the second time I had meet with my client. Before starting the counseling session, I had to informs my client regarding the inform consent. Everything that is said during the session will remain in this room and nothing will leave this room less otherwise. I am a mandated reporter if there is an adult abuse or child abuse I have to make a report according to the law. Although, this is the second time we had meet I have to starts with the interview by using the five stages and dimension of the interviews with my client. This time I would like to have an empathic relationship with my client, and try to gather more information and story behind his problems.
