    What are anxiety disorders? Anxiety disorders are a group of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear. Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Fear is an emotion that people feel when they believe they are in danger or something is threat to them. There are many different anxiety disorders. Some of the many disorder are Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorders, Phobic Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and PTSD known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Generalized Anxiety Disorder is a psychological disorder where one’s self has excessive anxiety that have to deal with daily things in life, such as work and relationships.
