About UCF Community Care Center (UCCC)
Our facility is a for-profit Community Based Family Physician’s Group. We are located in a busy section of town making it convenient for families across Central Florida to obtain great health care. We operate in a 10,000 square foot facility providing services such as radiology and in-office laboratory testing. The goal is to deliver quality patient care in a progressive and fun, but most importantly, patient-centric environment.
We are looking for a talented, well organized, dedicated, hardworking professional to join our team as Practice Manager in our Orlando, FL location.

• Ability to deal with conflict, motivate others, and manage staff and medical professionals through change.
• Provides leadership demonstrating the ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, counsel and develop staff to work toward their highest level of function in accordance with job descriptions.
• Hands-on and proactive management style.
• Microsoft Office and computer proficiency; ability to master trade-specific software
• Understand, support, enforce and comply with company policies, procedures, Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct, HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, State regulations, and Medicare guidelines
• Knowledge of medical practices, terminology, and reimbursement policies.
• High degree of confidentiality in and out of practice
Physical Requirements
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to type and use a computer for prolong hours with few breaks. Good manual dexterity and adequate eyesight in order to read computer monitors. Ability to withstand occasional increased stress levels induced by unexpected issues.
Work Schedule
Full-time; Monday-Friday
