Personal Reflection
As I reflect on my completion of my graduate program I will need to develop my skills and personal attributes for my future endeavors. This program has prepared me to be able to function in any capacity in the healthcare field. As a healthcare administrator, I will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating medical and health services. Eventually one day I will run an entire facility upon obtaining my Ph.D. As a healthcare administrator, I will be directing change when it comes to new healthcare laws, regulations, and technology. Other duties I may have is the development of departmental goals and objectives and recruit, train, and supervise staff. To be effective on my job I must develop certain personal attributes and skills sets. As a healthcare administrator, I must have analytical skills. I must be able to
