Strategy for a successful start of a new clinic is based on quickly crating name or high profile and recognition with the community through, promotional events, public speaking, networking and print advertising. Working time will not include any break, meal time, or any other specified periods during the workday when employees are not properly engaged in performing their work tasks. Make the environment good so that employees will have interest to attend the training session. Crate a controversy on any issues and invite for a debate. That will get people involved and will affect their attributes so they are more positive about accepting the new ideas.

Release a Monthly Organization-Wide Newsletter for All

Organization newsletter should be briefly explained as possible by only including pertinent information from department heads and with executive management approval of each article. Include close up photos that show engagement in the work. Keep the back grounds interesting.
