These tutorials will be found in the hospitals learning system and available to employees twenty-four/seven. The marketing team will help us create these tutorials, make edits and upload them to the system for employee access. The employee will take the tools they have learned, and complete data entry in our test environment. This method will reinforce the skills they have learned so they feel confident moving to our live system. From here the employee and manager will meet to review what the employee has learned to date and determine if and where areas of opportunity are.
