AF is a consulting and engineering company for the infrastructure, industrial and energy sector.
AF Mercados EMI serves its clients as a transaction advisory and international consulting firm which focused on energy industry. The firm has been consistently rediscovering and innovating its services to satisfy the requirements of their customers.
The production system of AF can be said to include components that are resources, inputs and outputs. AF has a lot of customers which are in many different sectors such as energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and telecommunication and so on. Those factors are as follows, Transportation and accessibility: Both offices in Ankara are located near Eskişehir highway which is one of the main road in Ankara, since this road is used by many people there are a lot of way to reach this road in the means of transport. Two offices are also accessible easily from the bus terminal and airport. This factor is important because workers in the firm go other cities frequently. Demand management: As mentioned previous, AF Mercados EMI works in energy sector and since the most of the firm in this sector are in Ankara, it seems logical that the firm has offices in Ankara.
Labor quality and availability: Ankara has a lot of reputable university in Turkey and also in the world. AF Mercados EMI provide engineering, consulting and supervisory activities and those activities are performed well educated AF workers, most of the worker in the firm has master or PhD degree and coming from reputable universities. 2.5 Recruitments and Trainings
AF Mercados EMI is a consulting firm and from that reason the firm is in labor incentive sector.
Currently firm does not have training program for new hiring personnel but orientation program is organized for new hiring personnel in order to familiarize new personnel to working environment, organization structure and other personnel.

The firm recruits people who has at least bachelor’s degree and also gives courage to personnel to improve their knowledge by master and PhD programs. As it mentioned before, most of the workers in the firm has master or PhD degree. The firm also gives courage to their workers to attend some courses in their business area and obtain certificates.
A lot of trainings are given to personnel those are presentation technics, main principles of communication, project management, occupational health and safety trainings. There are also a lot of technical trainings for engineers.
As it mentioned before, AF has a lot of interns and part time worker who are studying in university. The firm gives opportunity to students in the manner of seeing working environment and turning their theoretical knowledge to
