It is my opinion that you should take steps to rectify this situation by placing an employee to clean-up. It’s important to clean up any messes as soon as they happen; someone can trip and hurt themselves. You should implement policies that clearly identify inappropriate behavior. You should talk to your employee about being polite and respectful toward customers. Explain how good communication skills should be in your store.
