Why Communication Is Effective Communication At CVS Pharmacy

While working at CVS Pharmacy I’ve experienced bad and good communication with management. I once had a manager that never communicated with me and any of my coworkers. He only talked to his supervisors on staff. I always wondered why he got in this line of working were communicating is everything. Couple months later, he was fired due to customer complaints on his attitude. Then we got a new store manager who was the complete opposite. He talked to his staff daily as he made sure were aware of every issue that was going on in the store. One reason why I feel communication is effect because it helps people understand you better. No one can just go through life not talking to anyone. Whether it is emailing, texting or face to face, that interaction is needed. Communicating these ways are helpful in everyday life. No one wants to get into business with someone who doesn’t know how to communicate. Getting in to a financial relationship with someone and not talking effectively about the business you both share normal ends in a failed business. That’s why all forms of communication are greatly necessary. My final reason on why communicating is essential is an employee you need to have confidence in what you are saying so people around you can look up to you as their leader. As an employee the thing that bothers me more on a job is lack of management. Having management that doesn’t communicate really does bring down the moral of the people around
