    Rebekah Joan Boley, age seventeen, lives in Adrian, Michigan. She is one of nine children in her family and an eleven-year veteran of home schooling. She is a member of Fairfield Baptist Church where she sings in the choir and been a puppeteer. She has volunteered for both Habitat for Humanity and for the Lenawee Therapeutic Riding Program. She has also participated for three years in the Southeast division of CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship). She is currently attending the EMT program at LISD Vo-Tech Center. We tried to meet at two other places for our interview, but unfortunately both were closed, so we finally settled on meeting to talk in the sitting area at The Country Market on Maumee St. in Adrian. I wasn’t sure how the interview would go because the activity in a grocery store is usually very hectic and loud. Throughout the interview a middle aged man sitting at a folding table called out to people coming in, “Would you like a free Sunday paper?” He was trying to get shoppers to sign up for either a weekly or weekend subscription to the Daily Telegram. An elderly woman with short gray hair, dressed in a black skirt and purple top, was sitting at one tables across from us reading a book. Two women with white aprons were at the deli counter helping customers with their orders.
