My experience with was Jeep Dodge Ram Arlington in Jacksonville, Florida on Atlantic Blvd was my experience as a secret shopper. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service, when I first walked in the showroom I was greeted by a receptionist she asked me if she could help me and introduced me to dealer named Christian. He was not wearing a nametag, but introduced himself, and gave me his business card. I was very impressed with Christian’s knowledge of the business, and also how well he explained the whole finance process. He listened very well to learn what I needed in my car and what type of things it would be used for, he also answered every question I had with a lot of patience and never got tired of answering the question
