On 02/06/2016 at 13:41 hours, I conducted a motor vehicle stop on a Dodge Charger for improper passing at the intersection of Hurffville and Rt. 42. I activated my overhead lights and sirens and followed the vehicle into the Wendy's parking lot.

Brian was advised for the reason for the stop and to surrender his driver's license, registration and insurance card.
