I have learned many things from the McGraw-Hill Connect Self-Assessment that will help me be a better employee, coworker, and or manager. I have to understand that there are people within the office that potentially may or will have differing personality characteristics than mine. By understanding and recognizing these differences I will be better suited to work with anyone in my organization. I tend to work well with anyone regardless, however I will be able to see what motivates my coworkers. If I am in a management role or the person in charge of a project I will be able to use personality differences to my advantage to where I can place employees where they are the strongest in order to help with team dynamics when we are forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning.
I have learned many things from the McGraw-Hill Connect Self-Assessment that will help me be a better employee, coworker, and or manager. The need to be aware of my other fellow coworker’s or supervisor’s personality characteristics is important to understand. That information will be necessary for me to work with others in a team or group environment.

I scored a 46, which denoted that I have moderate problem solving skills (“McGraw-Hill Connect Self-Assessment”, 2017). The Lord has put me in situations where I have learned about how to problem solve. I have been in military classes where some form of instruction is on problem solving. This Organizational Behavior class has provided me with more knowledge on problem solving as well. The Lord has been supplying me the tools to help me to understand the ways to problem solving. The Bible reminds us that, “For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you” (Isaiah 41:13,
