The self-assessment test on Bethel’s Read section helps to determine where you stand, where you are trying to go, and your determination to get there (Bethel University,2014 pg2). This test consisted of thirty questions ranging from one being the lowest and five being the highest which you rate yourself. The test rates you on different areas such as math, adapting to change,responsibility, and management/leadership of people. I think the assessment test was accurate because I feel that I have grown from the person I was last year. I still have more growing to do and the test pointed that out with the low numbers.
