The big Five has highlighted several of my interpersonal strengths but also my weaknesses. My strengths are Openness to Experience and agreeableness which pleases me. I am however quite disappointed over my low score in conscientiousness because of the often-stressful workplaces I might end up in.

Goals.
I wish to develop skills that will assist me in stress and anxiety management and with time-management to lower my Neuroticism and conscientious score. As a professional goal, I aim to learn and adopt ways to manage and reduce anxiety and thoughts of incompetency and enhance self-confidence (Costa and McCrae, 2002).
To increase my professional performance and ensure that my weaknesses do not completely damage my future, I would like to set myself specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely (SMART) goals. I aim to increase my performance level of conscientiousness to 25/50 within a 6-month period, I also aim to decrease my score of neuroticism to 23/50 in the same period because it is the trait that relates to poor job performance due to its association with low self-confidence.

For this project, I chose to talk about ‘My Five Key Foundations’ and in doing so I conducted a self evaluation regarding my strengths developed through some of my life experiences. As a response to the question, I came to the realization that coming up with these traits allowed me to determine areas of my personality that I could work on more, in addition to the areas that I feel content or strong with. For example, my positive and optimistic personality is a strong foundation to have, but in realization of this trait, I realized that I could work on having a more realistic perspective. In addition to being optimistic, I also talked about my extraversion, open to experience mindset, systematic workflow, and goal-driven personality.…
