How To Describe Your Plaid

Describing Your Plaid My result on Personality Dimension Test indicates that Orange is my preferred style. My second style is Blue, the third style is Green, and my shadow style is Gold. I would choose Harry Potter’s story as my plaid. In the movie or in the book, Harry Potter is the character who would stand for my preferred style. He is kind of curious about everything and always seeking new things. In the first story, Harry is an independent and competitive student and a bit lonely in a small house. He had made many quick and brave decisions just in time to save Hermione and Ron from hazardous situations, especially when he was in a chess fighting challenge. He is also a risk-taker, always leading and motivating a team to get through …show more content…

Which represent I am a problem solver and can manage multiple projects. That was my first time I set my foot out of my country. I was really excited about it and adapted quickly in the new environment with a new culture, there were many obstacles at first which could be blocking you or put you in a dangerous situation but as an optimistic person, I had done it perfectly. Although sometimes I would break the rule, not follow my plan such as changed the way to cross the border by train rather by plane, I know that could be dangerous but it would bring …show more content…
I would definitely use Personality Dimension Test not only in my company but also with the candidate I am going to hire. As the result it brings to us to get my employees stay in right place or not, they are happy with work role or not. Firstly, PD Test would point down what kind of personality the employees are then I can use it to decide who is not suitable for my workplace. Moreover, base on the result provided I can see whether they can work as a team or not. For example, if A is tend to be more independent and not concerned about people so A cannot be in the same group with B who tends to be responsible and would like to work as a team. This result is also being used what role employees should be involved in. For instance, Orange person should stick with the job which needs creativity and not limits their boundary such as people working in media, art while gold people tend to follow the rule and responsible for what they take. Otherwise, I can count on the test to know exactly which type of my employees so I can have a strategy how to take advantage of their strength to develop the company. Not only applying the test in the workplace but also the candidate, human resource department can have the candidate take the test to hire the one who is suitable for company culture and role and job

It is because, I did this personality assessment multiple times and I always get different results every time I do this OCEAN test. When I did this particular assessment, I got high scores for conscientiousness and extroversion and got lower scores for emotional stability and imagination/intellectual. But this is not the case when I took it last semester in my social psychology class. Does it means that my personality always changes?…
