This paper will closely examine the author’s Jung Typology personality Test results. A brief history of the Meyers-Briggs personality test will be provided. The Meyers-Briggs personality type, INFJS, will be broken down and discuss briefly in this paper. This paper will investigate the positive as well as the negative benefits of the author’s INFJS personality types and how each component work in collaboration in the workplace. The validity of each component of the author’s INFJ personality type as well as the author’s two letter temperament will be discussed in this paper. I listen attentively to what people have to say and appreciate their input on a particular matter or issue. My introvert preference allows me to be a straight to the point type of person and I believe in putting a plan into action instead of a whole lot of talking or sugar-coating. INFJ personality type individuals may benefit from being introvert at work because he/she will mostly likely strive to complete an assignment. My introvert preference would also allow me to become a better employee by allowing me to complete my work in a orderly and timely manner. On a daily basis I come into contact with people who are very different from me in some way another and that is where my personality type INFJ comes into play. The components of my INFJ personality type can help decide whether or not I have a positive or negative interaction to people who are different from me. Organizational behavior in regards to the INFJ Personality Type, may affect the individual‘s ability to perform his/her job duties if not taken into consideration. Organizational behavior should also be focus on the diversity of an organization. . It is extremely important for all members of an organization to increase their diversity skills in order to promote harmony in today’s multicultural society.     INTJs operate on vast ideas and exploration. Anything is possible, and everything is negotiable. Never does the sole question of “why?” cross the mind of an INTJ, but rather, the question “why not?” INTJs are generally perfectionists who are absolutely unsparing with themselves but may “slack” in areas they have no interest in.
