“Oh Lord, you have searched me and you know me, you know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways: (Psalm 139:1-3). King David spoke these words with an understanding of his relational connection to God. He also recognized that God truly knows all his ways. For the most part, people prefer to hide their true selves from others and when conflict arises, they tend to place blame on everyone other than themselves. However, understanding my relational style with God and others is just as important to me as it was to King David. The self-assessment quiz results that will be revealed will show the transparency of my relational style and the “me that I want to see”, as it relates to my personality, communicating well with others, and collectively working with others in life within organizationsVery good. Christians are made in the image of God (Gen. 1:26) and he has gifted us with extraordinary gifts and personality traits that makes our contributions in the workplace uniquely our own (1 Cor. 12:4-7). It is our duty to live out the word of God in every area of our lives. Once we learn to apply the truths of God’s word to everyday situations, we can stockpile spiritual disciplines in our arsenals to understand our relational styles and that of others to deal with situations in our relationships on and off the job.
