As I approached to take the personality test I was not sure what my result would be, but the type it gave me which is ENTJ Extraverted iNtuitive Thinking Judging. The information that I received from has made me think on how I work in a group setting. This is not who I am at all. I am a very well planned and organized person, I like to know what the plan is, and what the outcome may be so I can prepare myself. I do NOT work well in an unorganized environment. I am a flexible person to a certain point, and get along with everyone the best I can. I make sure to communicate with my team members as much as possible. I like to make sure I know what is going on at all times with the teachers, specialty teachers, students, and the parent’s thoughts.
