The purpose of this letter is to help you determine who is doing their job properly, and how you can give your customers a better experience at your facility.

I recently got into a dispute with one of your customer service representatives, Jenny Sanchirico. I simply requested a small coffee and after she got my order wrong for the second time, I got restless. Coming from someone who has worked in customer service his whole life, I am very dissatisfied with the amount of disrespect that I have received from someone who is working in a position that is meant to provide good service for all customers who approach them.
