“A statistic says people will share a positive experience with an average of five people and will share a bad experience with an average of nine people.” Many of us have told our friends and love ones about places to try and why to try them and told even more people places to avoid because we do not want them to experience what we have. The employee and customer interaction determines if a customer will return and if they return if they are going to bring more people or spend more money. A company must care for the customer’s needs and wants. Customers are the reason why people have jobs and are able to make a living. Good customer service should include getting a problem fixed as smooth and fast as possible. If the manager is unable to fix a customer problem this can cause them to lose a customer because they customer now knows that that company doesn’t care about fixing problems and do not wish to take a risk on purchasing something again and having another mistake happen. Customers will always remember the experience that they had because no one ever forget how they were treated and how someone made them feel; however, by displaying good customer service the customer can also assume that the products also is good. Chick-fil-a is a good example for good customer service. When you first walk into chick-fil-a you are greeted with a smile by the employee this makes you comfortable with the employee and will most likely hold a conversational and if you are unsure about what to order you feel confident and trusting them to suggest you something good. Also after ordering while waiting you are more likely to notice how clean the place is and this ensures you that what they are using is also clean and that it will taste good because they clean out the
