This letter is to address an issue I experienced while being serviced by one of your staff at random grocery store, where I purchased a large amount of goods from random grocery store on the 1-3-17.
I am severely dissatisfied with your customer service, for a number of reasons. Firstly, the cashier was extremely rude and impolite, and when I reminded her that I was paying for these goods and service, she began a heated argument.
