I’m finally home. It has been a difficult week at work and it is nice to feel the long shag carpet between my toes when I walk into my living room. That and the light blue walls are warm and inviting. Give me five minutes in my well-worn easy chair and all the stress of work will be a distant memory. As I was relaxing and flipping through the TV channels I saw that a volcano near my house may erupt. Not only is it going to erupt, but it is predicted to be so big it may bring another ice age, but I’m not buying it. In the seventies it was global cooling, then the nineties brought global warming, when the models didn’t come to fruition they changed it to climate change in the two thousands. Now they are convinced they can tell that a volcano that has oozed as long as I can remember, hell as long as anyone can remember, is suddenly going to erupt and cause a second ice age, BS. Honestly if they could keep their story straight for more than two days it would be easier to believe anything they had to say. Looking at how much money those pseudoscientists made from all the other global crises I can only imagine this is one more attempt to grab money out of the little guy’s pocket, but not me. I’ll believe it when I…

relational continuity constructional units (151) used when the employee expressed that she had to go back to work. Both the mother figure and the son figure stood of to hug her, but the younger teenage daughter remained sitting. Instead, the worker standing stroked the head of the girl sitting – a nonverbal action of haptics (76) which spoke volumes. I took special notice of how each table ended their conversations. "You simply take the whole strip and cut off how much you need, then you take off the crinoline, which keeps the sticky part sticky, and simply apply it, so that the cotton goes right over the wound." I was so happy, I just knew I would get paid a fortune for this. Imagine what would have happened if I…

A bell is ringing somewhere in the in castle. That’s my cue. Let’s see what I have done wrong this time? I head up the narrow servants stairwell that leads to a side door in lord Polonius’s rooms. I am getting too old for this. “My lord what can I help you with?” I said standing to attention. Polonius was seated at his desk in the center of the room. A plate of food was next to him with a nibble taken out of it. Sun came through the window behind him forcing me to squint. “I need you to give…
