This supplement is a record of my action in this investigation. On April 13, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This investigation involves Diallo Dunston a 16 year old T.C. Williams High School student. I have interviewed and dealt with Diallo when he attended Minnie Howard School. It is believed Diallo is dating Cheyenne Smith (16-121678). I completed runaway poster # 16-144 for Diallo and sent it to Police and Sheriff sworn staff. On April 18, 2016, I left a voicemail message for Julia Dunston. On April 25, 2016, I received a return call from Julia Dunston who reported she had not seen Diallo and did not know where he is staying. Later in the afternoon of April 25, 2016, I received information that Cheyenne Smith had an incident at Walmart Kingstowne. I was told by Officer Amy Earley of the Fairfax County Police Department that Cheyenne and Michelle Cruz had been shoplifting at the department store. Diallo Dunston and what is suspected to be Michelle Cruz' boyfriend Devin Chambers (16-121881) were waiting in the car outside the department store. Officer Earley reported that petitions were being sought for all 4 of the juveniles involves in the incident to include felony hit and run.…
