As I was growing up, I remember the times when my grandmother will be getting ready for work. I could tell that she enjoyed her job as a Registered nurse (RN) and was happy to be able to provide for our family. I want to make sure that I'm taking care of the patient and doing all I can do to care for them. I also would like to make my patient’s feel at home and would love to connect with them on a personal level. Having a connection would help the patient and me because it will help us grow a bond with each other and make it easier on the type of patient. Another philosophy that I have is making sure that I'm at work on time.
