Health care delivery and patient conditions keep on changing, and managers must learn new abilities and skills in order catch the marketing demand. A significant portion of management involves professional skills and job competencies. Such as motivating staffs, communicating with the patient and negotiating with relatives and maintaining good attitudes and behaviors maximize staff discipline and work performance. Managers also need to understand the basic technical aspects of the services delivered. By just attending the training courses, it is not enough to provide all the necessary skills.
