Candy Man Is Cool Again
M&M’s the colorful candies of red, yellow, orange,blue, green and brown candies that Americans has come to know ,and grown to love since 1941. M&Ms have just recently celebrated 75 long great year of make the delicious candy. To celebrate this grand occasion M&Ms has in listen the help of Zedd and Aloe Blacc to redo the old class timey song called the“Candyman”.
This new M&M ad is about the red and yellow M&M trying to sit down in a recording studio trying to sing the” Candyman” song, but Zedd and Aloe Blacc over here the M&M’s horrible's sing and ask if the two M&M's could use a hand. The red M&M’s says no while the yellow M&M mite that they do. Which is where we jump right into Aloe Blacc sing the redo “Candyman” song and zed mix it up on the soundboard. This ad use the humorous and snarky comments/attitudes of the M&M's to bring humor. The song that is sung in this ad is meant to be catchy, upbeat,and rememberble so that the song would make the audiences want to sing along and get up to dance to it. One thing people might not consider or overlook is when the commercial show past commercials that M&M has done people that have seen these past ad will bring back good memories that will make them laugh and happy.
This this commercial has a lot of pathos but it also has some ethos to it as well. The ethos in this commercial is the reputation of both Zedd, and Aloe Blacc as good singer and music producer to bring in you attention to the screen. Seeing them on the screen knowing that they are good at what they do makes you what to see what the commercial is about. It also uses ethos by showing you the M&M logo at the end of the ad.
