A supporter is the member of the team who does the work, the people’s person in the team. My score of 67 in the “How Good Are My Listening Skills?” shows that I’m a good listener. As a people-oriented team member, I listen to the opinions and also take emotions of fellow team members when making a decision.
I prefer working in a team than working alone. A score of 103 in the “How Good Am I At Building and Leading Teams?” shows that I’m effective as a team player because I can be an effective player in the five stages of team building – Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing,
