I believe that I’m always an optimistic person and typically looking ahead at whatever is up next. During class, I usually stay on task and focus on the work. I have excellent communication skills and I’m an independent person. My friends say that I am an extremely social person and always willing to meet new people. It is my goal to stay on top of all work and turn in all assignments on time. Learning new skills and always having projects to do is important to me as I get older. I’d say my toughest subject this school year is Algebra, but I am going to try some new studying techniques and pay better attention in class. I will also ask more questions when I don’t understand the equation. I’m normally an open student and communicate with the teacher when I have a problem in class.
My mother said “Taylor has a positive attitude and is always willing to try new things.” Which I agree with. I’m always willing to try new and different experiences and just throw myself into the task ahead. She also said I have strong communication skills. It appears she tried her best in school and focused on her school work. She said her freshman year was primarily about fitting in, or at least feeling the need to. Which I agree with and speculate that a vast amount of students believe the same. My mom was a social student and had a large group of friends. She also participated in sports. Overall, her high school experience was great and I believe mine will be as well. She went on to attend college and get her Bachelor’s degree. I would like to do the same. My mom stated that there are more opportunities for high school students than there were previously when she was in school. I agree and plan on taking advantage of them; therefore, I intend on taking several college classes by my Junior
