The reason I would have let Paul go by his request is because no business needs an individual that treats their workers the way he does and because of his insubordination towards higher ups. His actions during the meeting should show you the way he carries himself at work. Ways businesses are dealing with these situations are by making sure to document all interactions with employees. Evaluation of the ALOS Experience Final Journal Entry Summary My placement at the Adelaide Legal Outreach Service (ALOS) has been an invaluable and eye opening experience. I was thrown into the deep end from the very start and faced many tribulations throughout the duration of working in a free legal service. No day or legal issue at ALOS was the same, each client and their case was a challenge in itself. However, this meant that I had to learn so many new things and develop a multitude of new skills to ensure I achieved my best.…

Today’s students come from diverse backgrounds with varied experiences, beliefs and values therefore I believe educators can facilitate learning by engaging this diverse student group using technology and innovative approaches to teaching that is experiential and builds upon essential professional knowledge and develop skills. Students also vary in the way they approach thinking and problem solving. The ability to think critically and make individualized but safe clinical judgments is significant outcome in nursing. Therefore, I believed that educators should assess students’ cognitive development as well as their dispositions and abilities to think critically and make clinical decisions in order to guide students in experiential learning.…

Evaluation feedback is valuable information to obtain, but certainly is not the end of the teaching process. Based on data obtained, often it requires the educator to reevaluate planning and execution. Feedback from this experience included the desire to use the simulation time to actually practice mobilization of the patient to the operating room. Although this experience was in-situ, it is worth discussion with the simulation team to do more planning prior to arrival about the particular hospital’s workflow. By knowing and planning the simulation with this information, it would be possible to consider further teaching of this scenario with actual mobilization to the operating room.…

This course of Introduction to Behavioral Counseling has been the most intriguing and challenging course I have taken so far. At the beginning of the course I believed that I couldn’t change anyone unless they are willing to change. Now, after learning about the three term consistency, I gained a new perspective on how to view that. The stories that were mentioned in class were also very useful because it gave a clearer understanding on how to handle certain behaviors. Meanwhile learning about behavior, I became more aware of my behaviors with people that I interact on a daily basis.…

Describing this course to someone else, I would say this class is interesting and if you want to learn this class well, you need to prepare the Voice Thread and read the book carefully. To be honest, making videos on Voice Thread gave me a unique experience. I still remembered the first time I made a video on Voice Thread how nervous I was, I was afraid to have different ideas with other students and worried if they disagreed with me what should I do?…

This didn’t help me broaden my knowledge of their culture, as we never discussed it.…
