A sole proprietorship as it says from the book “Is a business that is owned (and usually operated) by one person” (Pride, Hughes, Kapoor 106). This being said, you as the owner and worker can give a self evaluation and find your strength and weaknesses. For a partnership if you and your partners have employees you can split the evaluation up between you all. Now if you and your partners are the only employees then maybe you could conduct a peer evaluation. As for corporations due to multiple employees the evaluation would be conducted just like it was at Generations. I felt as though Jim and Judy handled the situation in an appropriate manner. Proper documentation and alternative options given to the employee to prevent termination. Paul felt as though him and Generations were headed in different directions. by taking this course it has given me brief insight into the business world. I can say since the company I currently work for is fairly new I can take the knowledge I have gained and observe my employer make business decisions and see in which direction he steers the
