Case Study: Verizon Wireless Module Store

For this assignment I have chosen to document my experience in the Verizon Wireless cell phone outlet store located in Orangeburg, SC. Upon visiting, we spoke with customer service provider Ms. Bradigan regarding changing my cell phone from iPhone to Android. She has been our primary customer service provider in the business for some time now, and she is always very friendly and personable. Ms. Bradigan has a very joyful personality and manages to maintain a professional image while cultivating a relationship with her customers.
Having greeted us in a friendly manner, Mrs. Bradigan proceeded to ask pertinent questions about what we needed. She then continued by switching the phone number to the new phone and explaining to me how to retrieve

Bradigan’s customer service provision as a 5 because she is always in a very positive mood and is very willing to help and answer questions, as well as explain things more thoroughly if necessary. She maintains her professional demeanor while cultivating relationships with customers and makes them feel valued and appreciate through her behavior. Whenever we visit to have a cell phone changed over or pay a bill, she is always very helpful and makes sure that we understand everything involved in the process. Whether it is changing over a SIM card, creating a new account, changing billing information or troubleshooting a device Mrs. Bradigan always demonstrated competence for the task. Her customer service representative skills are very well developed and we always look forward to working with her.
Based on what I have learned from this class, I think that Mrs. Bradigan is doing a wonderful job and I do not have any suggestions. She greets customers cheerfully, shows appreciation, and helps with any issue. Every time we are there she answers our questions clearly and kindly, without ever being demeaning or condescending. She does not lose her professional demeanor even in stressful situations, and if there is every anything she cannot help with she is quick to find someone who can. I have never had a bad customer service experience at Verizon any time that she has been there to
