Decent Essays
Strengths:

Chelsey does a good job of confirming the Realtor's email to request the appraisal request.

Prior to ending the call, she does a good job being sure to inquire if there were any further questions, prior to concluding the call.

Inches:

Strong Intro- Chelsey does not address the client by name. She used the name in a form of confirmation that she had the correct file pulled up. She does not address the client by name in the call to personalize our call and it helps with building rapport.

CRD- Chelsey does not provide the CRD to the client or the Realtor prior to addressing verification and their issues in the call. We should be sure to provide the call recording disclosure for compliance reasons.

Actively Listening-(1:46) ( 2:15) There were a few times in the call where the client and the Realtor requested have the document sent to the Realtor directly. At (4:20), Chelsey informs we will send it to the client. We should be sure to listen to what the client is requesting for an efficient call and a better client experience.
