There are many gyms around the country that only focus on high intensity interval training work outs, and many of the ones who don’t focus solely on high intensity interval training, offer classes. One of the major draws to high intensity interval training is that, it is said, there is fat burn from twenty-four to seventy-two hours after the shorter workout is completed.
