Verbal Communication In Insane Pools

I watched an awesome show called Insane Pools. A man owns a swimming pool restoration business. He refurbishes old swimming pools, or he creates new swimming pools from scratch. The owner starts by getting to know his stakeholders on a personal level. The pools that he builds are remarkable; the pools look as if they belong to movie star or a five star hotel in Hollywood. However, these pools are in the average persons’ back yards. The Owner of the pool company takes his time in really getting to know his clients. The verbal communication starts with the business owner and the homeowner. The business owner through verbal communication; began to get to know the Taylor family on a personal level. He learned what kind of hobbies that held family interest. The owner of the pool company gained the trust of the Taylor family, the family had been let down by several times from other swimming pool companies. The Taylor’s wanted that WOW!!
