They also still check over the employees and over their work to make sure everything meets and possibly exceed the expectations of Garden City Reality Inc. standards. As being a housekeeper for Garden City Realty Inc. the structure of that is free. It’s an open structure. I say this because how Garden City Realty works they are every worker of Garden City Realty has a say so and their not as strict as other businesses but they always do get their work done. It’s no hassles or difficulties of running this business when everyone is usually working together. Their chain of command Garden City Realty has a span of control. The managers would report to the person that’s above them and they examine closely to their employees. The managers would have more authority over the employees because they make the decisions, that’s why the employees would report to them. I would report to Julie Mullins because she was my manager I’ll call her when I make it to my location to whether I’m cleaning a house or condo. That’s for her to know I’m about to start working on one of them and when I finish I would call her back to inform her that this house or condo is cleaned. This also goes for every other employee, we all have to report back to our manager. Julie would have papers also for her employees to fill out every time we were to clean out the houses or condos. On these papers it ask for the times you were to get to your house or condo and start cleaning and what to you were to finish and leave from there. Also the employees were to write out our group name, check out, all the listings of cleaning we have to do. Then they were to sign and date their names at the end of this paper. After all the cleaning work is done and you was finished before time the manager would give you other places to clean if
