Tutoring In High School

Just say no. It is easier said than done. I have always had a problem saying yes to every favor people ask me, it is just hard to say no. I use to pressuring people, but when the tables turned, I realized how much pressure could affect them. I get most of my pressure from school, especially in Math. Tutoring for Math was assigned for the week, I was not planning to go. The Math lesson was very confusing, so many of the people in class were attending. I was self conscious to go because I believed people would make fun of me. I felt like I was good in math, so I did not think I needed tutoring. I would never choose to go to tutoring, I am always nervous to ask for help, most people have the same problem. “Can you go to Math tutoring with me, please?” She said nervously. She was expecting me to would say yes with no hesitation, but I had to decide. I was worried that she would not pay attention to the lesson if I was there as well. I knew she would have done the same for me, so I went to tutoring with her. …show more content…
