The success of any company depend on the satisfaction of its customers. Because Technology and internet have spread widely nowadays, there are so many ways that could improve the way we take order and answer customers' questions.

One way is to make sales personnel's use mobile app that contain information about the product, inventory and shipment policy, so that when a customer is ordering the product, the salesperson can give them all the information about their order at the same time. They can also use mobile apps to facilitate the communications between managers and employees and to give them instructions about any promotion or offers to tell the customers while they are taking their orders. Today customer service is not just answering phone calls, however there are many other ways used to communicate and answer their questions, which is making customers to become closer to the business. Because people are using and depending on social media any bad complain in twitter or Instagram can cause a huge damage and the company might lose its customer. Therefore, it is very important for any company to recognize the importance of social media and to take into consideration its huge effect on the customer service and satisfaction.

Through these social media programs, people can access in an easier and faster way with less effort to contact the business and share their experience and opinion. It also helps the business to add value to the customers and make them satisfied by asking them some questions while using the application and responds to them through Twitter.

One way to effectively use the social media apps like Twitter, Instagram, etc. -which are rich source of information and opinions- and set a hashtag for their products. Then use some special software like Hadoop to analyze the tweets or comments, and get a full report on how good is their customer service and learn more about the customer preferences which will help the company improve their services
