College is imperative for a long and successful life. It has been said knowledge is power and I could not agree more. Increasing my knowledge will prepare me for a better future and help me accomplish my goals. I find learning fascinating, the more I learn the more I want to learn. I chose to go to college and it was one of the greatest decisions I have made. Education is the most important thing in life today to live a successful life. College is a great opportunity for those seeking to increase their knowledge, career preparation, new experiences and doing what they love. I am attending college in pursuit of a nursing career. When we think of a nurse the first thing that comes to mind is somebody who takes care of a sick person. I believe that there is so much more into nursing than that. Nurses care for people through injury, losses, grieving and many other problems people have to deal with. Nursing is a career that deals with helping people. I did not think I was smart enough to attend college. In high school I used to think of college and be frightened. Now that I can experience going to college it is significant. I have already learned so much and met some awesome people. I know that it is only going to get harder from here on out but it is a risk I am willing to take. I will continue to increase my knowledge and work towards my goals.
In conclusion, it is so important to attend college. It helps people in so many ways. It is all up to an individual how much effort they put into expanding their mastery.
