In the video clip from an episode of “What Would You Do?” a (fake) waitress tending to customers was featured. The waitress’ customer service was extremely poor. Firstly, I noticed that the waitress did not properly greet the customers in a warm and welcoming manner. She simply asked, “Are you ready?,” instead of introducing herself and making the customer feel welcomed. Next, while customer was telling the waitress her order, the waitress was listening to her bluetooth device instead of the customer. Also, the waitress was not writing the customer’s order or taking any note of it. I think that may the customer feel like their order was unimportant and like their order would be easily forgotten.
